1. Who makes your inflatables?
We build everything ourselves — no middlemen. Each inflatable is crafted in our own factory by skilled technicians, then pressure-tested for 16 hours to make sure every seam is tight and the structure holds air perfectly.
2. Are they strong enough for commercial use?
Yes. We only use PLATO PVC tarpaulin, a tough, industry-grade material designed for heavy-duty operation. All units comply with EN-14960 standards, making them suitable for professional rental companies, event organizers, and amusement parks.
3. Can I personalize the design?
Definitely. You can change colors, sizes, or add your logo. Just send us a rough idea, and we’ll prepare a free 3D mock-up so you can see exactly how it’ll look before production.
4. Do you offer rentals?
No. We focus on manufacturing and selling — we don’t rent out our products.
5. What currency are your prices in?
All prices are shown in USD (U.S. Dollars).
6. How can I pay?
We accept PayPal and major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You’ll get a secure online invoice, and checkout takes just a few clicks.
7. How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Worldwide shipping is 100% free.

8. Are there extra taxes or duties?
- U.S. Customers: All import costs are covered. No surprise charges on delivery.
- Other Regions: Sea freight typically includes duties and taxes. Express deliveries may exclude VAT — it’s best to check with your local customs office if unsure.
9. Is there a warranty?
Yes — every inflatable comes with a 2-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects, including seams and surface issues. A repair kit is included free of charge.
10. What’s covered by the warranty?
The warranty applies to problems caused by normal use, such as seam leaks or production defects. It doesn’t cover damage from misuse, improper storage, or extreme weather. Small issues can usually be fixed quickly with the included patch kit.
11. How should I clean and store it?
A little care goes a long way. Use mild soap, water, and a soft brush to clean. Make sure the inflatable is completely drybefore folding it. Keep it stored in a cool, dry place, away from sharp objects or moisture.
12. What if it gets damaged?
Small punctures are easy to fix using the repair kit that comes with every order. If it’s something bigger, just reach out — we’ll guide you through the repair or supply spare parts.
13. Is it safe for children?
Yes. All of our inflatables meet CE, EN71, EN14960, and SGS safety standards. They’re safe when used properly and always under adult supervision.
14. Can I leave it outside in bad weather?
They’re made for outdoor fun — but not storms. If there’s strong wind or heavy rain, the inflatable should be deflated and stored to keep everyone safe and extend its lifespan.
15. How long will an inflatable last?
With regular care, these units can easily last many seasons — even with daily commercial use.
